Join the Swedish Armed Forces as a Windows Developer in the Logging Section within the IT security department. Contribute to developing, maintaining, and operating secure and robust IT systems that support operational IT security capabilities. Work in a team responsible for core infrastructure and identity management, focusing on Windows Server and client environments.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant academic education or equivalent knowledge.
  • Experience working with complex production systems based on Windows Server and Windows 10/11.
  • Experience administering Windows server environments using Powershell.
  • Understanding of computer/server networks.
  • Strong security awareness and understanding of how individual tasks fit into a larger context.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain services for login, DNS, and clients.
  • Maintain services for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Operations monitoring.
  • Troubleshooting and incident management.
Required hard skills:
  • Windows Server administration with Powershell.
  • Experience in complex Windows Server and client environments.
  • Understanding of computer/server networking.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience working with Git and Jenkins.
  • Experience in operation, administration, and troubleshooting of Citrix platforms.
  • Knowledge of Chocolatey package management.
  • Knowledge of Vmware virtualization platform.
  • Experience with Linux environment operation, development, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with configuration tools like Desired State Configuration, Puppet, and Ansible.
  • Experience hardening Windows servers.
  • Knowledge of SAN (Storage Area Network) and Object Storage.
  • Understanding of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
  • Experience with monitoring complex IT environments.
