Tullverket's crime prevention area is expanding and requires new team leaders for their agile teams in Luleå. The team leader acts much like a scrum master, serving as a servant leader and coordinator between teams and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement. The role involves working closely with the delivery area to achieve operational goals. Teams are self-organizing and encouraged to experiment and learn together. Candidates should have agile IT team/project experience, post-secondary IT education or equivalent, strong communication skills in Swedish and English, and technical IT competence such as requirements analyst, tester, or developer experience. Preferred qualifications include leadership of agile teams, knowledge of JBOSS, Jenkins, Java, and experience in testing, test leadership, and requirements work in agile development. Main requirements:
  • Experience with agile work in IT teams or projects (new development and maintenance).
  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent oral and written communication in Swedish and English.
  • Technical IT competence (preferably experience as requirements analyst, tester, developer, or similar IT role).
