Lead the digital transformation by managing and developing the company's digital platforms ensuring a cohesive, future-proof system environment, contributing to smarter and more integrated operations at AB Ludvig Svensson.
Main requirements:
  • Higher education in IT, system science or similar field.
  • Several years of experience as system or application manager, preferably with business-critical systems.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build trust and explain technology clearly.
  • Experience collaborating with different departments and external partners.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work strategically and operationally.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as product owner for key digital systems (CRM, PIM, internal tools).
  • Collect and prioritize system requirements.
  • Coordinate system development with vendors.
  • Ensure technical stability and user benefit of platforms.
  • Manage system testing, releases, incident handling and documentation.
  • Provide user support and training.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and other internal functions.
  • Maintain contact with external development partners and international colleagues.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with CRM, PIM, CPQ or e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce or Norce.
  • Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
  • Project management experience, especially bridging IT and business.
Recommended hard skills:
