Join Voyado's Message Services team within the Engage product to develop and maintain high-scale messaging solutions delivering personal messages through email and SMS. Work in an empowered, collaborative agile environment focused on performance, scalability, and innovative solutions.
Main requirements:
- Experience with .NET/C#
- Experience with SQL databases like MSSQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with Azure or other cloud providers
- Familiarity with large-scale systems and performance optimization
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions
- Proactive problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting system failures
- Curiosity and willingness to work with legacy and modern systems
- Collaborative mindset within cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and operate the message engine handling outbound messaging in Engage platform
- Expand and optimize message services for scale across markets
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Work across the entire stack from front-end views to backend SQL storage
- Collaborate closely with the Outbound team in an agile setup
- Participate in daily team synchronizations and cross-team meetings when necessary
- Contribute to troubleshooting and emergency response for system issues
