Main requirements:
  • Experience with .NET/C#
  • Experience with SQL databases like MSSQL or PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud providers
  • Familiarity with large-scale systems and performance optimization
  • Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting system failures
  • Curiosity and willingness to work with legacy and modern systems
  • Collaborative mindset within cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and operate the message engine handling outbound messaging in Engage platform
  • Expand and optimize message services for scale across markets
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks
  • Work across the entire stack from front-end views to backend SQL storage
  • Collaborate closely with the Outbound team in an agile setup
  • Participate in daily team synchronizations and cross-team meetings when necessary
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and emergency response for system issues
