A role supporting and managing business systems in a world-leading military training equipment company, ensuring operational efficiency and integration between key IT systems.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in projects focused on system administration and process management
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and workflows
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • Handle IT-related issues such as incident management, troubleshooting, and user permissions
  • Provide support to organizational users
  • Collaborate with internal and external IT suppliers
  • Order, test, and deploy new system modules/functions based on business needs
  • Participate in the development of new functionalities in cooperation with business representatives and suppliers
  • Write and maintain technical and user documentation for IT systems
  • Ensure information security and compliance with relevant requirements
  • Support system migrations
Required hard skills:
