System Developer for the Transport Systems of the Future

We are looking for experienced system developers to join our team and develop smart, sustainable, and user-friendly IT solutions for the railway to create a more accessible and efficient transport system. Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum 180 ECTS) in IT or equivalent education plus relevant experience as assessed by Trafikverket
  • At least 3 years of current and relevant experience in system development post studies
  • At least 3 years of current and relevant programming experience with C#, .NET, and MSSQL
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with competent and supportive colleagues in a non-hierarchical, inclusive environment
  • Implement technical decisions and test new ideas to create innovative solutions
  • Contribute to new development and ongoing maintenance of systems critical for railway, society, and travelers
  • Manage and optimize existing systems in close collaboration with the business to maximize value
  • Participate in IT development projects, such as capacity allocation
  • Build long-term relationships and understand business needs
  • Document work and create traceability
  • Participate in prioritization meetings to handle workload and identify critical tasks
Required hard skills:
  • System development experience

  • Agile working methods (preferred)
