Centric is seeking a Windows System Administrator for a client in the defense sector located in Karlskoga. Responsibilities include proactive maintenance, patch management, infrastructure automation and security compliance in collaboration with a support and operations team.
Main requirements:
- Extensive experience with Windows Server and Windows Client
- Relevant education in IT or equivalent professional experience
- At least five years of documented experience in the IT field
- Ability to work independently and structured with patience and precision
- Successful clearance according to security protection regulations, with possible citizenship requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate IT infrastructure in client and server environments
- Ensure stable and efficient client and server services
- Proactive patch management and upgrades to maintain secure and updated IT environments
- Develop scripts and use automation tools to optimize processes
- Engage in service development linked to infrastructure systems ensuring security requirements are met
- Participate actively in technology improvement work identifying and implementing infrastructure optimizations
- Drive and document work according to established routines and processes for structured, traceable IT environment management
