A structured and independent professional with experience in administrative processes and system integrations to support operational activities in the Supply & Trading business area within a leading fuel industry company.
Main requirements:
  • University degree in economics, logistics, engineering or equivalent
  • Good IT skills and system proficiency
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Very good Swedish and English skills, both oral and written
  • Experience working with systems such as M3 and Horizon
Responsibilities:
  • Advise depots and stakeholders on computerized administrative procedures
  • Ensure smooth integrations between depot and cooperation systems and M3
  • Manage manual file transfers, load IDs, load reconciliations at external depots
  • Correct erroneous transactions in M3
  • Interact daily with multiple departments within the group and external actors
  • Maintain focus and composure during high workload periods
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with M3 system
  • Experience with Horizon system
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English
