Lead Developer for Dynamics 365 CE at Fellowmind Sweden, responsible for shaping technical standards and leading development efforts in customer engagement solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience in development within Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft's cloud ecosystem, typically 5 years or more.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the direction of building, developing, and delivering solutions within Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Serve as a hub for knowledge sharing, quality assurance, and inspiration for developers.
  • Work at the forefront of technology, especially within Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Lead internal developer forums for inspiration, idea exchange, and skill development.
  • Review codebases and deliverables to ensure quality, sustainability, and scalability.
  • Coach colleagues through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with architects and experts in cross-functional projects, sometimes leading, sometimes contributing within teams.
