As a Solution Architect at Aimo, you will connect business strategy with the right technical solutions to simplify complexity and drive smarter mobility in cities. You will define architecture patterns, shape governance, and align architectural investments with long-term goals. You will collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders, mentor teams, and influence architectural thinking across domains. Your work involves translating functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures using modeling tools like ArchiMate or UML.
Main requirements:
  • Solid experience as a Solution Architect or similar senior role
  • Strong skills in cloud architecture (preferably AWS), microservices, API design, and integration
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems, data platforms, and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with modeling tools such as ArchiMate and UML
  • Agile delivery environment experience
  • Fluency in English; Swedish or Finnish is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Design and evolve Aimo’s system architecture aligned with business goals and scalability
  • Define and productize APIs and standardize integration flows across platforms
  • Architectural ownership of critical backend systems including legacy modernization
  • Partner with enterprise and business architects to align strategic direction
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust architectural solutions
  • Guide development teams across the Nordics with clarity, structure, and mentorship
  • Shape and participate in architectural forums, governance, and portfolio planning
  • Use modeling tools to drive architecture structure, alignment, and documentation
