We are looking for a structured and communicative consultant for the role of IT Business Engagement Specialist. Main requirements:
  • Build strong relationships continuously with business stakeholders, Group IT functions, and external suppliers to ensure successful IT delivery.
  • Manage a subset of Group IT project portfolio in close cooperation with the project portfolio team.
  • Lead meetings and dialogues to support the assessment of project requirements.
  • Manage project portfolio within dedicated area and support the development of business and IT roadmaps with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support digital transformation and related project initiatives.
  • Evaluate individual initiatives to ensure they meet Group IT standards, comply with financial and technical guidelines, and adhere to business timelines.
  • Initiate, evaluate, and develop IT initiatives within business units.
Required hard skills:
  • Understanding of IT fundamentals.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to determine involved IT areas.
  • University degree in IT or related field.
  • 1-5 years relevant professional work experience.
