Main requirements:
- Genuine interest in technology and development
- At least five years of experience in system development
- Relevant education preferably at bachelor's level or higher
- Good communication skills comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advisory and results-oriented working approach with willingness to suggest improvements
- Experience in leading roles in projects such as tech lead, Scrum Master, mentor, or architect
- Responsive, collaborative and contributing to a positive team atmosphere
- Motivated to continue personal development both technically and in soft skills
Responsibilities:
- Participate as a key player in shaping practical solutions
- Work on various projects requiring listening and communication as much as technical skills
- Lead or mentor team members as needed
Required hard skills:
- Proficient in C# and .NET 8/9
- Experience with ASP.NET Core
- Knowledge of databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with REST, gRPC or Kafka protocols
- Proficient in Git
- Familiarity with Azure services including Kubernetes Services, Functions, Key Vault, Blob Storage
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or TeamCity
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Usage of AI-based productivity tools like Cursor or Augment Code
