Main requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in IT support or service/back-office functions
- Some form of IT education or IT courses completed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- High communication skills
- High pedagogical ability to support and guide customers via phone, mail and other media
- Good technical knowledge
- Very high service orientation
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line support to users via phone and/or email for IT-related problems
- Handle accounts in Active Directory
- Administer Microsoft Office 365
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows environments and customer-specific applications
- Give support via phone, mail, and remote control
- Log support tickets in a ticket handling system
Required hard skills:
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Active Directory administration
- Technical IT knowledge
