Seeking an experienced Solution Architect for a complex and time-critical assignment within the public sector focusing on digital exam solutions. The role involves both a feasibility study and a major implementation phase in a high-priority government assignment, collaborating closely with multiple authorities and stakeholders to enable a digital flow for planning and conducting exams.
Main requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in solution architecture within large IT initiatives
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (university, college, or vocational college)
  • Experience working in projects with successive partial deliveries, preferably agile methods
  • Broad technical understanding with specialization in integrations and secure user flows (e.g., registration, payment)
  • Strong ability to communicate and document solution proposals
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and document possible architectural solutions for digital exam flows
  • Develop scenarios, information models, and interface descriptions
  • Collaborate with project managers on risk assessments and technical choices
  • Contribute technical content to reports, government documentation, and decision points
  • Ensure traceability between solution proposals and business requirements
  • Evaluate and consider quality attributes such as performance, security, and maintainability
  • Prepare technical bases for potential procurements
  • Collaborate with internal architects, development teams, and external parties
  • Support handover to operational organization through clear packaging and documentation
