We are seeking a Systems Specialist (level 5, normally achieved after 10 years of experience) to work for our client in Sundbyberg. The role involves driving migration projects within the relevant competency area and participating in daily maintenance. The candidate will also ensure installation instructions, system documentation, operational instructions, and data sheets are established and kept updated.
Main requirements:
- At least 10 years documented experience in design, implementation, and management of Skype for Business and Exchange Server in large enterprise environments.
- Documented experience leading migration projects to Microsoft 365.
- Expert knowledge in troubleshooting and disaster recovery of Exchange and Skype.
- Strong skills in scripting and automation with PowerShell.
- Experience in similar assignments within the public sector (government agencies).
Responsibilities:
- Drive migration projects within the relevant competence area.
- Participate in daily system administration and maintenance.
- Ensure installation instructions, system documentation, operational guidelines, and datasheets are created and kept up to date.
Required hard skills:
- Design and implementation of Skype for Business and Exchange Server.
- Migration to Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshooting and disaster recovery for Exchange and Skype.
- Scripting and automation using PowerShell.
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow incident management system.
- User experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working with integrations related to the Tax Agency's Skype and Exchange environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
Soft skills:

- Ability to maintain thorough and updated documentation.
- Collaborative and participates actively in daily operations.
