Join Stockholm's City Archives as a Junior Product Owner to develop and manage local systems and applications. Main requirements:
  • University degree in IT, computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement
  • Professional experience in IT roles such as support technician, system administrator, tester or technical project assistant
  • Understanding of system architecture and technical solutions
  • Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business units to capture needs and translate them into clear requirements
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog based on customer and end-user value
  • Define product visions with stakeholders and develop roadmaps with the product team
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users
  • Document use cases, lead sprint planning, quality assure and test releases
  • Prepare reports, decision support materials, user manuals, and track product development metrics
  • Develop object plans and ensure objectives are met
