Join Stockholm's City Archives as a Junior Product Owner to develop and manage local systems and applications. This role supports digitalization, automation, and accessibility of business information, acting as a bridge between operations and IT. Main requirements:
- University degree in IT, computer science, engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding of the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement
- Professional experience in IT roles such as support technician, system administrator, tester or technical project assistant
- Understanding of system architecture and technical solutions
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to capture needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog based on customer and end-user value
- Define product visions with stakeholders and develop roadmaps with the product team
- Conduct presentations, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users
- Document use cases, lead sprint planning, quality assure and test releases
- Prepare reports, decision support materials, user manuals, and track product development metrics
- Develop object plans and ensure objectives are met
Required hard skills:
- Product backlog management

- Swedish language proficiency
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience as a system administrator
- Experience working in a service desk

- Use of agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of PM3 and ITIL frameworks
