Join Volvo Group Digital & IT as a Software Engineer Associate and be part of a global team delivering scalable and profitable digital solutions for the Volvo Group. Work in a new Digital Delivery function driving digital initiatives and agile transformations while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Knowledge of at least one .NET language such as C# or Visual Basic .NET and Entity Framework
- Good database knowledge and skills
- Familiarity with architecture styles and APIs like REST and RPC
- Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and unit testing practices
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as Microsoft Entra ID and OAuth2
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Write clean, testable, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Stay updated with technological developments and proactively implement changes to avoid technical debt
- Review and refactor code
- Implement business logic and develop APIs and services
