IT Infrastructure Specialist for Public Sector Client

The role involves managing and developing IT infrastructures and systems with a strong focus on security and digitalization in a complex public sector environment. The position begins as a consultant assignment through Needo, with the intention of permanent employment at the client after six months.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in operational technical work in complex IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft's infrastructure systems such as Active Directory (AD), DNS, SQL, PKI, and IIS.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure technical prerequisites for operational systems, including ordering servers and application packaging.
  • Own and manage certain central IT services/systems including configuration, maintenance, and development.
  • Work with multiple teams to develop deep technical understanding of systems, maintain system diagrams, and introduce system improvements.
  • Engage in technical dialogue with suppliers; planning, setting requirements, and managing change processes.
  • Provide 3rd line support and conduct advanced troubleshooting.
  • Perform IT security related activities and risk identification.
  • Technically configure systems and produce specifications/orders for integrations, reports, and similar.
  • Support object managers with technical system administration and IT security measures.
