IT Consultant within Service Desk

This role involves providing user support and resolving IT incidents through troubleshooting and diagnostics. The assignment starts as soon as possible and lasts about 6 months with a possibility of extension. Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to Swedish users primarily via phone and email, some on-site support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
  • Handling IT orders such as computers and monitors

  • Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge databases
  • Strong Swedish and English language skills
