IT Consultant within Service Desk

This role involves providing user support and resolving IT incidents through troubleshooting and diagnostics. The assignment starts as soon as possible and lasts about 6 months with a possibility of extension. Main requirements:
- Working in a service role, customer-focused and service-oriented

- Experience with ticketing systems, knowledge databases, and remote tools
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities:
- Providing support to Swedish users primarily via phone and email, some on-site support
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Handling IT orders such as computers and monitors
Required hard skills:
- Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge databases
- Strong Swedish and English language skills

- Applications such as SAP and production-related apps
