We are seeking skilled onsite technicians to provide local user support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, and handling network and video conference equipment. Main requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT support
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows
  • Basic understanding of networks and network equipment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite IT support and troubleshooting for users
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help with video conferencing equipment and network-related issues
  • Order, install, and configure computers and IT hardware
  • Support internal users across different office locations
  • Deliver high-quality onsite service to users
