We are seeking skilled onsite technicians to provide local user support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, and handling network and video conference equipment. Main requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support
- Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows
- Basic understanding of networks and network equipment
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support and troubleshooting for users
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help with video conferencing equipment and network-related issues
- Order, install, and configure computers and IT hardware
- Support internal users across different office locations
- Deliver high-quality onsite service to users
