A Software Developer Consultant role within a leading financial technology company focused on risk modeling for derivatives clearing, involving maintaining and enhancing risk management systems and migrating technology to AWS cloud platform.
Main requirements:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop C# and Python applications.
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS.
  • Deploy and maintain databases supporting the risk management organization.
  • Mentor software development team members.
  • Participate in both technical and business-oriented projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance existing risk management systems.
  • Support migration of technology stack to AWS cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with quantitative analysts, software developers, risk operations, treasury, and technology teams.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize relational databases.
  • Use Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
