Senior Test Vehicle Coordinator

Lead coordination and management of test vehicles updates and testing processes with international teams, ensuring effective communication and process standardization in an automotive testing environment.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Coordinator or Project Manager in technical or automotive environments
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicles or automotive systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work onsite daily at customer’s workshop
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including late meetings with US counterparts
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate updating of test vehicles from international partners
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for vehicle updates and test management
  • Identify and resolve deviations collaboratively with Swedish and US teams
  • Order necessary components and parts for vehicle updates
  • Organize knowledge-sharing activities to enhance product awareness
  • Gather and document test requirements using Test Assignments (TA)
  • Design and maintain a tracking system for test vehicle status
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and communication
  • Adapt work hours to accommodate different time zones
