Main requirements:
  • Relevant background and experience in IT, leaning towards technical expertise in IT technology, GIS or GIS technology
  • At least 5 years of professional experience dealing with various IT challenges or at the intersection of IT and GIS
  • Experience working with servers and server management sufficient to handle dialogues with server operators, though not necessarily as an expert
  • Relevant university education in IT or GIS or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the health, capacity and redundancy of servers supporting our products at customers
  • Design system architecture for stable, reliable platforms for ArcGIS operation at customers
  • Review architecture, performance, integration, security, robustness, automation and monitoring
  • Support configuration of appropriate technical prerequisites and cloud operations
  • Conduct training and support for customers
  • Engage closely with technology, customers, and users across various project phases
