A Senior Strategic Buyer responsible for managing strategic sourcing initiatives focused on cost reduction and value creation, developing and implementing commodity and segment strategies, negotiating supplier contracts, monitoring market trends, collaborating with internal clients, analyzing buyer and market profiles, driving strategic purchasing activities including digitalization and sustainability, leading large-scale projects independently, and coaching junior professionals.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, pricing strategies, and supply chain dynamics
  • Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies across diverse commodities
  • Ability to manage complex projects and processes with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring or guiding junior team members
  • Familiarity with driving transformation initiatives in procurement, including digitalization and sustainability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive and structured approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects or end-to-end procurement processes independently
  • Coach and delegate tasks to junior professionals, providing guidance and oversight
  • Address complex sourcing challenges requiring advanced problem-solving and critical thinking
