Join IBM Client Innovation Center Sweden AB as an IT Architect, focusing on defining solution architectures to meet client business needs. You'll work with diverse technical and business teams, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This full-time role involves leading complex Salesforce implementations, driving innovation using AI and cloud services, and collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Main requirements:
  • Experience as IT Architect or Solution Architect with Salesforce expertise
  • Strong knowledge in Salesforce development and architecture
  • Ability to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for complex Salesforce implementations
  • Experience working with integration strategies involving AWS, SAP, and legacy systems
  • Ability to develop data migration strategies and establish DevOps best practices
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work within matrix teams and with partners
Responsibilities:
  • Work with technical and business teams to evaluate new and emerging technologies, vendors, and business models
  • Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies and business models into existing products and services
  • Create deployment plans, document architecture, business requirements, and system interaction diagrams
  • Define necessary change activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions
  • Apply enterprise deployment and design methodologies in work activities
  • Collaborate within matrixed teams and with internal and external partners to deliver solutions
  • Maintain and support application infrastructure
  • Execute tasks and document actions in IT trouble ticket applications
Required hard skills:
  • Salesforce system and application architecture certification
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Jest testing
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), batch processing, and platform events
  • Experience in Salesforce integrations with AWS, SAP, and enterprise systems
  • Data modeling, security, and sharing architectures in Salesforce
  • DevOps tools such as Jira, Autorabit, and Azure for CI/CD processes
  • Design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across clouds including Service, Sales, Marketing, Health, CPQ, Experience, and Data Cloud
Recommended hard skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Heroku
  • Experience with Einstein GPT and AI-powered automation within Salesforce
  • Multi-cloud solution design within Salesforce ecosystem
  • Implementation of multipart API for large file uploads to AWS
