Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach in technical environments
  • Proven success in developing self-organizing teams
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks and practical implementation
  • Technically savvy and confident in technical discussions
  • Experience with GDQ or similar team development tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies across technical, cross-functional teams
  • Provide hands-on coaching to enhance agile mindset and practices
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Line Managers to align delivery with business goals
  • Promote self-organization, ownership, and sustainable work processes
  • Use tools like GDQ to assess and strengthen team collaboration
  • Lead and support change initiatives, driving continuous improvement
