Join our team at VIPAS AB as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. We are looking for an experienced professional to ensure high-quality software development and support DevOps teams in a technically advanced environment.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in SW-Q or SW-CM roles
  • Ability to work independently on quality reviews of software projects
  • Experience acting as a sounding board for development teams, preferably within DevOps environments
  • Senior profile with at least 7 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure development teams adhere to established quality plans and processes
  • Review and follow up on development team quality standards, focusing on structured methodologies and documentation
  • Act as an active support for DevOps teams in quality assurance and automation efforts
  • Drive improvements and maturity in the development process
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Software Quality (SW-Q) or Software Configuration Management (SW-CM)
  • Software quality review and auditing
  • Understanding of DevOps processes and automation
  • Strong documentation and process adherence
