System Administrator Application/System

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for operating and upgrading systems to ensure compliance with recommended security and functional requirements. You will maintain, secure, and further develop IT systems and manage related instructions and procedures. You will work within an agile team that values mutual support and knowledge sharing.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in operations or system administration
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interest and drive for security and cybersecurity matters
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Service-oriented approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operational work and develop the service forward
  • Standardize, streamline, and automate processes and systems
  • Ensure compliance with applicable security requirements
  • Participate in projects and develop services further
  • Review and map systems and applications against regulatory requirements
Required hard skills:
  • At least 5 years' experience as a system administrator
  • Extensive knowledge and professional experience with Windows Server suite, GPOs, and IIS
  • Good knowledge and experience with Linux focusing on server operation
  • Good knowledge and experience with system hardening
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as NIST, ISO27001, CMMC
  • Strong cybersecurity understanding
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Good knowledge and professional experience in networking
  • At least 3 years' experience with regulatory requirements like NIST, ISO27001, CMMC
