We are seeking one or more experienced and driven senior project managers. In this role, you will lead and drive projects within product areas including generators, simulators, batteries, and chargers. You will be a key person ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. Project management will occur both nationally and internationally, offering great opportunities to work closely with our customers on various projects. You will be part of a skilled team of project managers with commercial and technical focus who pride themselves on delivering according to customer expectations, at the right quality and on time. As a Project Manager, you often participate already in the bidding process together with sales, start up the project, and together with the product manager define the system architecture before developing and delivering according to customer requirements with the whole team. In the team, you have access to competent engineers, purchasers, and production personnel; you act as the team captain who leads and coordinates the project from start to finish, through planning, work distribution, and follow-up. You ensure that the project meets customer requirements and expectations, manage project budget and resources efficiently, identify and handle risks, and implement measures to minimize them.
