As a CloudOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing future-proof technical infrastructure to enhance customers' competitiveness through efficiency and sustainability.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in a technical role focusing on servers including installation, operation, and maintenance of Windows server systems.
  • Good understanding of network protocols, routing, and security principles.
  • Experience managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience working with Azure cloud services including deployment, operation, and optimization is meritorious.
  • Fluent Swedish and English in spoken and written communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects involving Azure migration, setup of Windows environments, network upgrades, and Microsoft 365 services development.
  • Handle and resolve complex technical issues acting as expert support for the IT support team ensuring high-quality user support.
  • Collaborate with the management department to ensure stability, security, and cost-efficiency of technical solutions and identify improvements.
  • Develop technical expertise in cloud technology, system administration, and network architecture and share knowledge to strengthen organizational competence.
