System Technician – Batch Operations

Main requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and follow up on production environments
  • Test, maintain, and possibly create scripts in PowerShell
  • Schedule and manage workflows for new and existing routines
  • Provide technical support in job handling and automation to the business units
  • Register, handle, analyze, and troubleshoot IT incidents from all departments within the agency
  • Participate in on-call duty, requiring availability to travel to Örebro office at any time
Required hard skills:
  • IT education or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of Swedish language (oral and written)
