Nordic Safety Systems is seeking a new team member for a role combining technical service and sales support. This position involves working with safety-critical personal protective equipment primarily for flight crews, providing customer support, maintaining and developing business relationships, and contributing to marketing efforts.
Main requirements:
  • Technical education at high school level or equivalent, preferably in electrical or electronics.
  • Interest and practical skills in mechanics and electronics.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good command of Swedish and very good command of English, both oral and written.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and experienced with CRM or other sales-related IT tools.
  • Possession of a B driving license.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and perform service of products at customer sites and at the home base, contribute to developing the company's service concept.
  • Present and follow up on quotes and solution proposals to customers.
  • Handle customer orders administratively and physically in shipping.
  • Conduct customer visits, market and demonstrate new products, and lead/manage larger projects with existing and new customers.
  • Contribute to the development of trade fair materials, company website, and webshop.
  • Occasionally support delivery and warehouse operations as needed.
Required hard skills:
  • Technical education in electrical or electronic fields.
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
  • B-driving license.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Knowledge in procurement and purchasing from education or work.
  • Experience in similar technical service-support roles or maintenance technician roles.
  • Experience as SÄKMAT technician in the military.
  • Experience with business and material planning systems.
  • Experience with web design.
