Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Education, Sales, Flight Operations, Coaching, Communications, Instructional Design, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Right to work in Sweden
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present structured learning content related to Flight Operations sales processes and solutions
  • Package course content alongside sales toolkits including webinars, eLearning, exercises, scripts, and FAQs
  • Track attendance and assessments for reporting
  • Collaborate with key partners for training requests, onboarding new talent, and training facilitation globally
  • Emcee events and coach subject-matter experts on course materials and presentations
  • Measure learning effectiveness by generating engagement and assessment reports and improve course content accordingly
