Senior .NET Developer with focus on architecture, clean code, and customer value

We are seeking a senior software developer with at least five years of experience to contribute technical leadership in a close-knit team. The role includes shaping the architecture behind advanced distribution solutions that are critical for logistics flows within food, pharmaceuticals, technology, and industry sectors. You will be responsible for sustainable architecture and writing clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
Main requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience in software development in modern .NET environments
- Ability to provide technical leadership within a team
- Strong understanding of clean code principles, design patterns, and testability
- Experience with system integration with external systems (REST, SOAP, EDI)
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Define structure for new and existing codebase
- Apply clean code principles, design patterns, and testability
- Drive technical decisions in collaboration with the team
- Coach other developers on architecture and code quality
- Participate throughout the development lifecycle from requirements to deployment
- Focus on customer value by understanding user needs and implementing effective, long-term solutions
Required hard skills:
- C#
- .NET (preferably version 8/9)
- EF Core
- SQL Server
- System integrations via REST, SOAP, EDI
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with cloud environments, Azure preferred
- Frontend experience (e.g. Vue, TypeScript) is a plus
