We are looking for a self-driven and security-conscious System Administrator with a strong interest in networks and IT infrastructure to join Rimaster's IT team in Rimforsa. Rimaster is a global contract manufacturer in the special vehicle industry with operations in Sweden, Serbia, Poland, and China. This role offers an international, technology-intensive environment with freedom and a large scope to influence our IT infrastructure.
Main requirements:
  • Self-driven and responsible with a strong security mindset
  • Strong technical background in both network and system administration
  • Experience working in complex IT environments, preferably Windows-based
  • Structured and detail-oriented work style while being flexible and unpretentious in teamwork
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel (mainly to Poland, Serbia, Sweden, and possibly China)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop IT infrastructure with focus on network and IT security
  • System administration including Windows Server, Active Directory, DFS, VMware, storage
  • Network administration and operation including configuration of switches, routing, firewalls, VPN, 802.1X, WAN/SD-WAN, IPv6, and WiFi
  • Troubleshooting, design, and administration of various systems in a Windows-dominated environment
  • Provide international support by communicating and collaborating with colleagues and consultants in multiple countries
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends by agreement
