As an AI Transformation Leader at Frontwalker Group AB, you will be the central link between technology, business, and people, helping organizations understand, utilize, and succeed with AI. You will support teams in elevating their AI maturity, lead change, and guide projects where AI makes a real difference.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in change management or organizational development
  • Ability to communicate AI opportunities to diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of technical and human aspects of AI implementation
  • Understanding of legal and ethical issues related to AI
  • Educational strength and confidence in leading discussions and decisions
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate workshops on AI and digital transformation
  • Help organizations find the right approach to AI from idea to realization
  • Strengthen knowledge, processes, and culture related to AI applications
  • Contribute to ethical and sustainable AI usage
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams, business, and management
