You'll build an integrated, scalable CRM platform to empower frontline teams, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the merchant journey with state-of-the-art automation and reliability. Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend software development.
  • Proficient with modern backend technologies and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with testing and ensuring software quality across development stages.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and countries with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable in hybrid work environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop microservices primarily using Kotlin and other technologies in the backend stack.
  • Build an integrated CRM platform that supports merchant business systems and compliance.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence of the backend systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Design, and Product.
  • Continuously improve systems and processes with a focus on quality and product growth.
Required hard skills:
  • Backend development expertise with at least 5 years experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Kotlin or willingness to learn it (bonus if familiar).
  • Proficiency in testing and quality assurance practices.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI).
  • Frontend knowledge with React and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka.
  • CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
