Looking for an experienced Citrix Specialist to join a dynamic IT and technology team, responsible for architecture, implementation, operation, and troubleshooting of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environments in a security-focused modern IT setting. The role involves working with Windows and Linux systems, Netscaler ADC, application management, storage solutions, thin clients, and automation scripting.
Main requirements:
  • University or college degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in architecture and implementation of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop (CVAD) environments, including related components.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure such as Active Directory, GPO, networking, storage solutions, and smartcard authentication.
  • Experience with Netscaler ADC for CVAD environments.
  • Experience with geo-redundant solutions for CVAD environments.
  • Knowledge of hypervisors such as VMware ESX, Citrix XenServer, Nutanix AHV, or Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Experience with networking including firewalls, routing, and switching.
  • Skills in automation and scripting with PowerShell.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for architecture, implementation, operation, and troubleshooting of CVAD environments.
  • Manage operating systems including Windows Server & Desktop and Linux.
  • Work with Netscaler ADC and application management (MSI, MSIX, APP-V).
  • Contribute to security enhancements and documentation of systems and applications.
  • Implement and manage storage solutions (NAS, SAN, iSCSI) and work with thin clients.
  • Work with automation and scripting, e.g., PowerShell.
