We are seeking an experienced project manager to develop a new payment service for our client. The client's responsibility is to provide a cohesive commitment for the development, further development, and operation of the service in the client's environments. The development work will primarily be carried out by contracted employees, based on the Solon Tax product. You will be positioned in a section that works with IT solutions for the client. The development activity is organized into a project consisting of six teams with different areas of responsibility.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development project management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects with responsibility for finance and personnel planning
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, lead, coordinate, follow up and report activities within the project
  • Ensure resources within the project
  • Develop and follow up the project budget
  • Act as presenter at steering group meetings
  • Develop and uphold project governance and methodology according to the client's project model
Required hard skills:
  • Project management of software development
  • Budget and resource management
  • Agile software development methods (e.g., Scrum)
Recommended hard skills:
  • Project management certification
  • Experience in large organizations with at least 5000 employees
Soft skills:
  • Leadership qualities, driven and result-oriented
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
