Bankgirot is seeking an IT Technician for a growing part of the organization in Stockholm. The IT organization is expanding to develop future-proof solutions meeting international standards and regulations, while ensuring current operations and support run securely and efficiently. The candidate will play a key role in user support on-site and help shape the future support function within a new Operations Center.
Main requirements:
  • Interest in IT and experience in technical support, service desk, or onsite support.
  • Good understanding of Windows environments and client management.
  • Experience with incident management systems and ITIL processes.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Structured, solution-oriented, able to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Flexible and proactive with initiative to help develop new work methods and routines.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site user support handling incidents and service requests related to client environments and IT equipment.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and configure computers, network equipment, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and escalate complex issues as needed, documenting according to processes.
  • Participate in establishing the Operations Center by testing tools, developing routines, and improving workflows.
Required hard skills:
