Education requirement is M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor. English fluency is mandatory; Swedish fluency is required. Meriting qualifications include experience with Scania's thermal system, knowledge about the TRATON program TMS, previous experience as Object Manager within Thermal Development, and a total experience within Scania of over 10 years (at least 5 years within Thermal). Main requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience
  • M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor degree
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Fluent in Swedish (required)
Responsibilities:
  • Act as Scrum Master for TRATON Global Team within Thermal development
  • Support team growth and knowledge sharing
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with Scania's thermal system
