AI Solution Engineer

We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer to join our AI Adoption Team at Norion Bank Group, helping to scale up our AI initiatives by building, testing, integrating and applying AI solutions in practice. This role involves working cross-functionally to explore, prototype, and implement AI technologies bridging technology, business and innovation.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience in system development
  • Experience working with AI tools in development (e.g., code assistants)
  • Experience building prototypes or concepts
  • Familiarity with iterative and experimental working methods
  • Ability to set up technical flows and system integrations
Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly turn ideas into working AI prototypes using AI tools
  • Test and evaluate AI tools and set up integrations
  • Test AI models, processes, and technical setups to evaluate feasibility
  • Integrate AI solutions with internal systems and interfaces
  • Create automations enabling AI usage
  • Provide technical advice and feedback to business units
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through training and workshops
  • Lead small pilot projects from idea to functioning prototype
