Join Huddinge Municipality's digitalization department as a technically oriented project manager focused on driving digitalization projects, coordinating internal technical resources and suppliers, and contributing to societal development through sustainable and efficient solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Academic education or equivalent work experience considered.
  • Experience leading projects in digitalization and organizational development through digitalization.
  • Understanding and experience of working according to project methodology.
  • Broad general knowledge of IT and digitalization issues.
  • Good understanding and experience working with complex integration solutions.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, plan, and drive progress in projects and assignments including organizing training, workshops, meetings, and other activities.
  • Prepare adequate project documentation in collaboration with main project manager, clients, steering group, project team, and operations.
  • Ensure final results are handed over to the main project manager, project owner, object manager, and other recipients.
  • Support and coach other project managers in their roles and the municipality's project methodology.

  • Knowledge of Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU).
