We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT project manager to lead a strategically important feasibility study in the area of web stability. The assignment involves creating conditions for a more robust and scalable web platform that can handle high load without negative impact.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience leading IT projects, especially in early stages like feasibility studies and needs analyses.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into structured, practical solution proposals.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • A clear and relevant CV demonstrating competence in line with the assignment requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical analysis of current status identifying and documenting causes of previous capacity problems and system outages under load.
  • Develop recommendations to improve stability, scalability, security, and monitoring capabilities, including defining alarms and indicator points for proactive load identification.
  • Propose implementation strategies including an overarching plan with estimated costs and timelines.
  • Identify organizational needs, communication flows, responsibility distribution, and technical routines to prevent disruptions during high traffic over the long term.
