Project Manager

Role as a coordinating project manager responsible for driving and coordinating work on the implementation of the national pharmaceutical list (NLL). The purpose is to support healthcare and pharmacy actors in their connection to the NLL and ensure an effective and coordinated process.
Main requirements:
- 9–12 years of relevant experience.
- Stationed in Stockholm or Kalmar.
- Reference person with name, email, telephone (not from own company).
- At least 5 years documented experience as project manager or change manager within healthcare or pharmacy market.
- At least 5 years documented experience conducting investigative work together with multiple external stakeholders within healthcare or pharmacy sectors.
- Experience implementing digital solutions in healthcare or pharmacy.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Define goals, subgoals, and activities for project execution.
- Plan and lead working groups in collaboration with regions, pharmacies and other relevant actors.
- Organize, facilitate, and present at meetings, workshops and other collaboration forums.
- Drive work to ensure benefits of NLL are realized via dialogue and advice on new working methods for healthcare and pharmacy actors.
- Contribute to production of communication and information materials related to NLL such as newsletters and info sheets.
- Possibility to be involved in related projects and investigations if needed.
