Join Försäkringskassan's IT Workplace & Basic Infrastructure team to coordinate and develop IT delivery, ensuring stable operation and a secure modern IT environment. This role requires operational and strategic work related to IT production, resource planning, and infrastructure coordination across the organization.
Main requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of goal management, time and resource planning
- Professionalism with strong drive and engagement
- Ability to quickly understand various problem areas with a holistic perspective
- Takes initiative and responsibility to achieve good results
- Effective collaboration to reach common goals
- Systematic and thorough working style
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
- High security awareness due to handling confidential information
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a stable and well-functioning IT environment for Försäkringskassan activities
- Work both operationally and strategically to maintain, manage, and develop IT production
- Coordinate IT infrastructure during office changes including WAN, distribution networks, cross-connect rooms, and technical conditions
- Plan resources and coordinate deliveries with a focus on the organization's needs and a holistic perspective
- Drive work forward proactively to achieve concrete results
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge of goal management and resource planning
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
- Familiarity with Försäkringskassan's IT environment
- Ability to build trust and good relationships with clients
- Good Excel skills
- Experience with ITIL, especially change management, preferably from governmental agencies
