Join Försäkringskassan's IT Workplace & Basic Infrastructure team to coordinate and develop IT delivery, ensuring stable operation and a secure modern IT environment. Main requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a stable and well-functioning IT environment for Försäkringskassan activities
  • Work both operationally and strategically to maintain, manage, and develop IT production
  • Coordinate IT infrastructure during office changes including WAN, distribution networks, cross-connect rooms, and technical conditions
  • Plan resources and coordinate deliveries with a focus on the organization's needs and a holistic perspective
  • Drive work forward proactively to achieve concrete results
Required hard skills:
  • Knowledge of goal management and resource planning
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
  • Familiarity with Försäkringskassan's IT environment
  • Ability to build trust and good relationships with clients
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience with ITIL, especially change management, preferably from governmental agencies
