We are seeking an innovative Development Manager for Hogia Business Products in Stenungsund. This role leads two development teams responsible for advancing our cloud-based financial system OpenBusiness, focusing on modernizing and automating financial processes for our customers. The position involves technical leadership, personnel management, and driving integration of AI and automation to enhance product development and competitiveness.
Main requirements:
- Experience in technical leadership, preferably as development manager or team leader in product development
- Broad technical understanding and prior development experience
- Interest in AI and new technology to improve development and create customer value
- Experience collaborating with multiple functions such as product owners, UX, operations, and internal IT
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
Responsibilities:
- Lead two development teams (10 employees overall) responsible for the cloud-based financial system OpenBusiness
- Set long-term technical strategy and ensure quality and efficiency in development work
- Create the right conditions for team performance and growth
- Drive integration of AI and automation in work processes and product features
- Collaborate with other leaders and key functions within the company and Hogia group
- Build strong internal relationships and be a key person in creating next-generation financial solutions
Required hard skills:
- Technical leadership experience
- Broad technical understanding of software development
- Prior experience as a developer
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
