Main requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics and/or manufacturing environments is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Purchase materials according to technical specifications, price targets, delivery timelines, and contract terms
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate policies and procedures
  • Monitor delivery schedules and take proactive measures to prevent production delays
  • Collaborate with Strategic Purchasing, Work Preparation, Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams
  • Manage invoice processing and related queries
  • Oversee order rescheduling and forecasting based on project needs
  • Report and follow up on on-time delivery performance metrics
  • Respond to and act upon technical drawing and specification changes
  • Contribute to cost-effective, timely, and quality-focused supply chain performance
