We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager for a full-time role based in Södertälje, starting September 1, 2025, through June 10, 2026. The role involves coordinating vehicle updates across teams in Sweden and the United States, supporting process improvements, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration in an international environment with flexible working hours.
Main requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding to interpret technical data and project requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Swedish is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams
  • Flexibility in working hours to manage global stakeholders
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities related to vehicle updates, ensuring alignment across teams
  • Support process development and implement more efficient work methods
  • Serve as a point of contact to resolve deviations and maintain smooth communication
  • Order necessary parts and components for ongoing projects
  • Document test requirements (Technical Approvals – TA:s) and track vehicle statuses accurately
  • Organize and lead knowledge-sharing meetings fostering cross-functional collaboration
