We are looking for motivated IT Support Technicians to join a great team in Östersund. The role involves being the first and most important contact point for technical support at the company, with varied responsibilities and growth opportunities in IT.
Main requirements:
- Strong interest in IT and service
- Experience in technical support or similar role
- Fluent in Swedish
- Ability to communicate in English
Responsibilities:
- Support and guide users on technical issues
- Troubleshoot and support Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications
- Manage and document cases in issue tracking systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Administer accounts in Active Directory and EntraID
Required hard skills:
- Technical understanding of IT support
- Experience with Windows environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its applications
- Experience with Active Directory and EntraID account management
- Case management in ticketing systems
